They were the best of friends
It was an annual tradition. Mark and his wife, Debbie, gathered their closest friends at the lake house to celebrate the annual fishing derby and the birthday of Mark and Johnny. They had been friends for 30 years and weren't just friends, they were family.
In 2017, the friends gathered, and as they normally do, three of the men went out to enjoy the fishing derby by snowmobile. What looked like solid ice, was really a thin layer of ice with a few inches of fresh snow. The men went across the thin ice, and unfortunately, could not be rescued.
This foundation is in memory of Mark and Dave, with so much love.
